Complete Robot Inc. uses personal information to respond to enquiries, manage business relationships, and operate this website. This policy covers our website and related business communications, including records in email and our customer relationship management tools.
Notice at Collection
We collect the following categories of personal information. Company and phone details on our enquiry form are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or health information.
- Identifiers and contact information
- Your name, email address, and any phone number you provide. These include identifiers and personal information described in California Civil Code section 1798.80(e).
- Purpose: respond to you, maintain correspondence, and identify records when you exercise your privacy rights.
- Retention: based on whether your enquiry or business relationship remains active, whether follow-up is needed, and applicable legal or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Professional information
- Your company and any role, employment, or professional background you choose to include.
- Purpose: understand your enquiry and discuss relevant projects, partnerships, or opportunities with Complete.
- Retention: based on the duration and relevance of the enquiry or relationship, and any legal obligations associated with it.
- Commercial information and correspondence
- Your enquiry topic, project or service interests, and messages you exchange with us. A message may also contain identifiers or professional information.
- Purpose: respond to requests, evaluate opportunities, and maintain a record of our discussions.
- Retention: based on whether the discussion or project is ongoing and whether records are needed to fulfil commitments, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
- Internet or other electronic network activity and online identifiers
- Technical request information, including your IP address, request time, and browser or device information processed when connecting to our hosting services. The enquiry service uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit spam.
- Purpose: deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose security or service problems.
- Retention: based on the period needed for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and investigation of security incidents.
We do not sell any of these categories of personal information or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not request sensitive personal information or use it to infer characteristics about you.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. A single retention period does not apply to every enquiry, business relationship, or system. See Retention and deletion for how this applies to email, CRM records, and backups.

Sources, use, and disclosures
During the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information collected for our website and related business communications have been identifiers and contact information, professional information, commercial information and correspondence, and internet or other electronic network activity and online identifiers, as described in the collection notice.
We receive contact details, professional information, and correspondence directly from you through our form and subsequent communications. Technical information comes from your browser or device when you use the website.
Our team can access information as needed to handle your enquiry. We use Amazon Web Services for hosting and enquiry processing. Email notifications include the details you submit. Related correspondence and business contact records may also be held in email and CRM tools, including Attio.
During the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed these categories to hosting providers for the business purposes of operating and securing the website and enquiry service. We have also disclosed contact details, professional information, and correspondence to email and CRM providers to support communications and business relationships. We may disclose relevant records to legal advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Website enquiry records are hosted with AWS in Frankfurt, Germany. Email and CRM providers may process information in the United States or other countries; the location of the website database does not describe the location of every copy.
Retention and deletion
We use the criteria in the collection notice to determine how long each category is needed. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or deidentify it, subject to applicable legal requirements.
A deletion request covers relevant information held by Complete, including website records, email, and CRM records such as those in Attio. Deleting a website submission alone does not delete those other copies. We coordinate deletion with applicable service providers and contractors, subject to legal exceptions.
Where permitted by law, information in isolated backups may remain until those backups expire or are restored. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests must be applied before the information is used again. We may retain limited records needed to document and honour privacy requests or meet legal obligations.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, California residents have the following rights, subject to applicable exceptions:
- Know and access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, its sources, the purposes for collecting or disclosing it, and the categories of recipients.
- Delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you.
- Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: direct a business not to sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in these practices.
- Limit sensitive information: limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require offering this right.
- No discrimination or retaliation: exercise your privacy rights without discriminatory or retaliatory treatment.
Make a privacy request
Contact Complete Robot Inc. at tomasz@completerobot.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
You can also use our enquiry form to request access, deletion, or correction, ask a privacy question, or request this policy in an accessible alternative format. Choose “A general enquiry” and describe your privacy request in the message. An account is not required, and company and phone details are optional.
Provide your name and the email address associated with your communications with us. You may request all information we hold about you or specify a date range, including information older than a year. Please do not submit identification documents or account passwords through the form.
Verification and response
To protect your information, we verify access, deletion, and correction requests by matching information you provide with our records. We may ask you to confirm control of your email address or provide further information proportionate to the request. Verification information is used only to verify and fulfil the request.
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days of receipt. If an extension is reasonably necessary, we explain why within the initial period and may take up to 45 additional calendar days. If we cannot verify or fully fulfil a request, we explain the reason and any applicable exception.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may use the same method to submit a request on your behalf. We may require signed permission, ask you to verify your identity directly, and confirm that you authorized the request. Different verification requirements apply when an agent provides a valid power of attorney under California law.
Policy updates
We review this policy at least annually and update it when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before using information for a materially different purpose.
